Modeling
The forrest model from Well Wishes! We wanted to create a space that felt authentic and a little bit magical to bring this world to life. (Textures and Lighting by Anna Wilkinson)
The Forrest was comprised of only a few key elements that were set dressed to create the illusion of a full forrest of unique elements. This allowed us to keep the sets consistent but unique across each shot.

The girls home from Well Wishes! This was such a fun piece to create as it helped to define the time period of the film and give an insight into the girls lives outside the narrative of the film!

Another example of the forrest, from the opening sequence. We wanted this shot to have a moody and unsettling feeling, cuing the audience in that something was wrong. Using foreground elements to trap the focal point into smaller margins of space and obscure the rest of the world into an “unknown” helped to the viewer with the sense that they don’t have enough information yet.
